Released on World Mental Health Day and during Mental Health Awareness Week UK.

"These Are Your Tears" is inspired by those people who find themselves in a dark lonely place, seeking comfort. Lockdown impacted so many people mentally and the social isolation we felt made it hard to express our true feelings or even to cry. This is the permission we give ourselves to shed those tears. Or even to let someone else cry them for you, if you could reach out and share your feelings.

Often, reaching out and talking to someone is all that it takes. Share your fears and most of all don't be afraid for feeling them in the first place. We are all human and deserve compassion.

Thank you to Jamie Brown for the excellent and poignant guitar solo on this track.
