Have you ever thought how some people seem to have everything? I wanted to explore the idea of success and how to get it, even if the odds are against you.

“The Game of Life” starts the moment we are born. We don’t choose our background. You have no say in the hand you are dealt in life. How you play your hand determines your life.

Always follow your instincts, they tell you what’s best for you. Use the cards you are dealt to your advantage, and ask yourself “what’s my game”? Are you winning or finding excuses not to do something?

Day of the Dead is the annual Mexican tradition of celebrating the lives of deceased loved ones. Traditionally, celebratory stories are passed down to younger members of the family and offerings are made. I liked that connection between life and death. In your "Game of Life", what stories of your life will be passed down? (Have a look at the lyric video on YouTube to see how I connect this imagery with the song!)

Your personal Game of Life plays to a limited time and only you will know how well you played. And remember, you can only play the cards you are given. So, take control and play your very best game. Go on – it’s up to YOU!
